military drill smoking fine
The rooms were spacious. It was great to have a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
Upon arrival, the check-in was like a military drill. It was full of rules. I was asked to report anyone smoking, since it's a non-smoking facility with a 2000 baht fine. The room was smaller than other rooms I stayed in. The hotel charges 50 baht per person to reach busier areas, too.

direct beach access available space safe taxi service ceiling thermostat filthy floors missing drawers
the location is great with direct beach access. restaurants always had available space despite it being high season. the hotel offered an excellent and safe taxi service.
The air conditioning thermostat was absurdly located on the ceiling. I had to stand on a chair to adjust it. room cleaning was superficial. The floors remained filthy. there were no drawers in the cupboards, only hangers.

i liked the beautiful double or twin room family wing. it was near the pool and kids club. the breakfast had healthy options like orange cinnamon water.

pool variety attentive staff quick service nice amenities
This hotel provided everything our family desired. the variety of pools was excellent. My children especially loved the slide. we found the staff attentive and quick to fulfill requests. the room amenities added a nice touch.
finding a lounger by the adults-only pool proved challenging at times.

Our room included comfortable beds and a choice of pillows. the bathroom featured nice toiletries. housekeeping kept the room impeccably clean throughout our stay. We loved it.

great breakfast variety fresh towels convenient location
I found the breakfast offered a great variety of Western and Asian food, amazing. Rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels were readily available upon request! The location is really convenient. A short walk gets you to town.
The adults-only pool did not seem to be strictly enforced. Some families were there.
