the location is great with direct beach access. restaurants always had available space despite it being high season. the hotel offered an excellent and safe taxi service.
The air conditioning thermostat was absurdly located on the ceiling. I had to stand on a chair to adjust it. room cleaning was superficial. The floors remained filthy. there were no drawers in the cupboards, only hangers.

This hotel provided everything our family desired. the variety of pools was excellent. My children especially loved the slide. we found the staff attentive and quick to fulfill requests. the room amenities added a nice touch.
finding a lounger by the adults-only pool proved challenging at times.

Our room included comfortable beds and a choice of pillows. the bathroom featured nice toiletries. housekeeping kept the room impeccably clean throughout our stay. We loved it.

I found the breakfast offered a great variety of Western and Asian food, amazing. Rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels were readily available upon request! The location is really convenient. A short walk gets you to town.
The adults-only pool did not seem to be strictly enforced. Some families were there.
